JKW Incasso is a sustainably growing firm with as of yet two branches: a mail
address in Rotterdam and a call centre in Groningen. On this specific page you
find out more about the fundamentals of JKW Incasso and about the people that
continue to make our service possible and of high quality.
JKW Incasso was founded February 2006 and since then one has worked hard to
execute our unique concept successfully. Over time, much progress has been made,
but also a lot of energy has been allocated to evaluating and improving the
service. Hence, JKW Incasso finds itself in a continuous learning process that
perpetuates until this very day.
JKW Incasso’s founders are M. B. Jansen and W. van Lent who had great affinity
with the honest but sometimes harsh existence of small entrepreneurs. This is
mainly because before they founded JKW Incasso, they have both been closely
involved with (the founding of) small businesses. The experiences they have had
have shown them that maintaining a small business can be quite a tough job. For
example, everyone can still remember the economic downturn of the past few
years, during which many customers had to start living on credit and so made
considerable debts that not always have been fully paid eventually. However, now
that the economy is bulling, there are still dangers. For instance, customer
might become overconfident and as a result start to overspend. Hence, it is
always of huge importance to maintain a thoughtful cash-flow policy. After all,
you as a small business-owner can only invest when the money is actually in your
pocket.
Jansen and Van Lent believe that small firms and entrepreneurship are of vital
importance to the western economies in terms of growth and innovativeness.
Therefore they pinpoint the support of small entrepreneurs as one of JKW
Incasso’s prime goals.
Current developments
JKW Incasso has primarily been founded to support Dutch SMEs. However, recently
the number of requests to take up debt cases from private persons has soared.
Therefore, with the help of our experts, JKW Incasso is proud to introduce a new
service especially aimed at consumers. The fundamental idea behind this service
is that justice is there for a purpose and that it should be achieved at all
times. Furthermore, one should put an end to the misconception that private
persons are a priori chanceless vis-à-vis large corporations when in conflict.
In the past JKW Incasso has repeatedly shown that even large bureaucracies can
be successfully forced to pay.
The overlap with our service aimed at SMEs is quite strong. After all, both our
SME service and our private person’s service are rooted into the thought that
all debts (also small ones) are collectible and that there should be put an end
to debtors who refuse to pay merely because they think that their debt won’t be
collected anyway due to the alleged hassle it were to cause for the creditor.
Our partners
JKW Incasso has established a durable partnership with Holland’s only Lawyer for
Entrepreneurs, Mr mr. A.J.A. van Dijk, located in Amsterdam. He provides us with
judicial advice. On the basis of his expertise we analyse the cases of our
customers.
In addition we utilise the services of detective agency Siecru, located
in Den Bosch. This agency performs liquidity and collectability researches for
us. On the basis of their data we can also collect from the toughest debtors.
